INSURANCE LICENSE TRAINING COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

INSURANCE LICENSE TRAINING COURSE makes available online courses to authorized users. By selecting “I Agree” when registering, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Each INSURANCE LICENSE TRAINING COURSE course is valid for 60 days from your sign-up date. The term “use” means the use and or any exchange of information in connection with using the course. You must provide us with accurate and complete registration information. If you do not, you will be in breach of this Agreement, allowing us to terminate your use of the course immediately. By selecting “I Agree” below, you acknowledge that you will not cheat on, and take all the quizzes and final tests without outside help. You may not allow others to use your password or course. You are entirely liable for your activities in connection with the use of the course. You must keep your password secret and not disclose it to anyone. The purpose of collecting your social security number and date of birth is for identity verification purposes in the Department of Insurance electronic database for licensees and applicants. By selecting “I Agree” below, you agree that your course information can be shared with state testing centers, state insurance departments, and any third-party insurance agency or company.

REFUND POLICY:

By selecting “I Agree,“ you acknowledge that you have read and understood the following refund policy:

If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have completed less than 50% of the course - we refund everything minus a $5 processing fee.

If you request a refund after 24 hours of purchase, but within 30 days, and have completed less than 50% of the course - we refund everything minus a $24.95 processing fee.

A refund will not be applicable if requested after 30 days of purchase or if you have completed more than 50% of the coursework.

If you have yet to apply your code provided by your department, please go back, and apply. If you fail to do so, a credit card processing fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the amount of your discount.
